VISION

The vision of the Ensemble Orochi is to present 20th and 21st centuries music in a comprehensible way. We aim to attract fresh audiences by performing not only for people who are accustomed to attending “Western classical concerts”, but also, for people who are less familiar with such events. Additionally, we aspire to refresh concert practice, for example by merging different forms of art, such as literature, visual arts, and theater. Through this approach, we create more decadent layers in the depth of our performances, thus deepening the audience’s experience.
